Our bouquets come with a standard small blank card for your personal message. If you would like something extra special, please take a look at our range of gorgeous cards pictured above. These cards make the perfect accompaniment to our flowers, and they’re sustainably designed and printed right here in Surrey!

Greening's Floristry can deliver to Camberley and the surrounding areas (within 18 miles).

Please note that Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, but all bouquet orders require 2 days' notice for delivery (e.g. today is Monday, and you would like delivery on Friday; the cut-off day for your order on your desired delivery day will be Wednesday). We currently cannot offer next-day delivery. Please bear the above in mind when placing your order and specifying your delivery date. Deliveries will be between 4.30 pm - 7 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am - 5 pm on Saturdays. We are not able to specify a delivery time unless already agreed. Quantity

All hand-tied bouquets are tied with twine, and wrapped in tissue paper, kraft paper and finished with a handwritten note as standard.

Gift Wrapped - if you have selected the gift-wrapped option, your hand-tied bouquet will be wrapped in tissue paper and kraft paper, aqua packed in water and placed in a gift box or bag and finished with a ribbon.

All bouquets, gift wrapped or not, will come with a handwritten note (if requested by adding text to the note section) and a sachet of flower food.
If you have purchased a gift-wrapped bouquet, it will be delivered in water and able to stay in its beautiful wrapping for up to 36 hours. To transfer the bouquet to a vase, simply remove the bouquet from the box/bag, hold the bouquet over a sink and snip the aqua pack. This will allow the water to drain away. You can then remove the packaging, cut the end of the stems diagonally and place the already arranged and hand-tied bouquet in a clean vase with clean water. Don't forget to add your flower food!

If you have purchased a hand-tied bouquet without the gift-wrapping option, then you should aim to place them in a clean vase with clean water as soon as possible. Don't forget to add your flower food!

Remember to change the water in your vase every couple of days and re-cut the stems if required.

Collection

Collection is available from the Greening's Floristry studio between 5pm-6.30pm only. Once your order is placed, we will be in contact to confirm your collection slot and the collection address.

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery Monday - Saturday but require two days notice for all deliveries in order to ensure that your bouquets are as fresh as could possibly be!

Deliveries will be between 4.30pm - 7pm Monday - Friday and between 10am - 5pm on Saturday's. We are not able to specify a delivery time unless already agreed.

Local delivery is available within 18 miles of Camberley, Surrey.

Delivery within 12 miles in charged at £3.95. Delivery over 12 miles and within 18 miles of Camberley is £5.95. Please select the correct option at checkout.

We currently cannot offer Next Day Delivery unless already agreed.

Missed Delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts. We will always try to look for a suitable and safe place to leave your bouquets, or we can leave with a neighbour if appropriate. If we cannot locate a safe place, or feel that leaving with a neighbour is not appropriate, the bouquet will be returned to our studio.

As our products are perishable, we can only offer re-delivery or collection on the same day (however, we may not always be able to re-deliver). We will make contact with the mobile number or email address that you have provided.

Refunds will not be given for bouquets with a failed delivery attempt.
